Bay Area Immigration Attorneys

At the immigration law firm of Wiley & Jobson, our mission is to provide exceptional client services to immigrants and their families from all over the world. We have helped clients from more than 75 countries, and we are familiar with political conditions and cultural norms around the world. The attorneys and staff of our firm believe immigrants make enormous contributions to our community and that they in turn deserve legal representation of the highest quality.

Our immigration practice helps families reunite and stay together. We assist individuals with filing relative petitions and applying for permanent residence and U.S. citizenship. We defend persons facing deportation or removal from the United States on the basis of immigration violations or criminal charges. We are also on the cutting edge of immigration law developments concerning domestic violence victims and gay, lesbian and transgender asylum applicants.
